It is either "very European" or, as some dub it, "Close Quarters" (the "tiny" rooms come with "very few" amenities and "no closets" or bathtub), but either way, this "no-frills" membership hotel is in a "safe area", and "you can walk anywhere in central Philly from the doorstep"; the "relaxing" lobby has "three computers" for checking the Internet, and rooms have free WiFi, but for many that doesn't make up for the lack of a pool or parking; N.B. the above rate is for weekends and holidays only, as this chain caters exclusively to employees and guests of its member companies on weekdays.
